What act of love did you do for yourself today?

Today, Archangel Arandiel, the Angel of Peace who calms Anxiety, reminds you.

"Sometimes you can't see what is really inside of you. Sometimes you only see deficiencies in yourself without discovering what really dwells within you... A pure heart full of Love... just live and smile!"

We have forgotten the commitment we have with ourselves. Having in hand the means to be able to cover our needs, food, transportation, love, fun are important but sometimes in the road and circumstances it distract us from the importance of our internal Well-being.

What would it take to realize that our inner part is important too?

Just as we strive to obtain a professional career, an economic position, a luxury we most strive for our mental and internal health the so called "Inner Peace".

How will it be If both where combined?

Taking the time to work in your inner peace, it is "Self-Love".

Working on everything that does not gives you peace you will not reach a state of "Calm".

In a state of Calm, you will be able to flow through life, it doesn't matter the circumstances, but you flow with ease without leaving your center.

Just as the universe is endless, there are so may tools/therapies for us that will allow us to learn to live in balance.

Have an act of love towards you will heal your Soul = Mind = Body.

The Body follows our Mind and if our Mind its not clear, your Body reflects it

Our Mind follows our Soul but if our Soul its not heal, it reflects in our actions & words

Our Soul follows our Heart but is our Heart is not in Peace...?

Without promoting a certain therapy, the importance is to live with balance and to do what we came to this life which is,

 " To Be Happy! "

No-one is perfect, neither has the perfect life therefore stop stressing. We are here temporary, to live & learn (which that will be another topic)

No one will be completely healed because we are continuing experiencing and learning here in earth, on this life or any other life otherwise I doubt you are from this planet!
